I’m home for lunch right now and see that the sprite can says low sodium on it….how much sodium is normally in a soft drink, I wondered.

So I hit the Googs and found that Coke actually has LESS sodium than Sprite?! WTF.

Sprite almost has twice as much sodium as Coke. This can’t be right.

I also started wondering how this compared to the sodium in a good ol cup of noodle…1200 mg in a cup of noodle (Ramen). LOL Good thing I didn’t have Ramen for lunch.

I wonder how much sodium we can consume before we just flat line….
